Self hypnosis CDs helped me handle stress
I've used self hypnosis CDs to handle stress in the past, and they helped me cognitively deal with my anxiety issues. I would put one on repeat every night as I lay down to bed, and would usually fall asleep halfway into the second cycle - and it was amazing sleep! I'd still be using my CDs today if I hadn't worn them out! The breathing exercises I learned have stayed with me forever.

Daily Irritants

I need to smell my food before tasting it
One of my biggest irritants is when people touch the under part of my knee. The feeling creeps me out, I can feel the tendons in my head. Just talking about it makes me uneasy. When this happens, the best thing that I can do it to stretch out my legs or walk around.
Another weird thing of mine deals with food. I will not eat it unless I smell it first. I don't know what it is about the smell of the specific food, but it is the only way I will eat it. So, I would be done if my sense of smell were to disappear.
