Keeping my memory fresh

Crossword puzzles help improve my memory
There are several things I do to improve memory, like: reading the newspaper, doing crossword puzzles, and taking a Super B Vitamin complex.
I enjoy reading the newspaper every Sunday and catching up on the latest news in the world and locally. I think it keeps my mind intrigued and current, and keeps new information fresh in my mind. I think it's very important to read, no matter what it may be, in order to keep your memory and mind fresh. You have to keep your mind stimulated, and I think reading something new is a great way in doing so.
I also do crossword puzzles a few times a week before bed. It is relaxing for me as well as a great memory exercise. Crossword puzzles really help me keep my mind stimulated and really make me sit and think. They are great memory aids.
Another thing that I have started doing in the past few months is taking a Super B Vitamin complex. Super B Vitamin complex is an excellent memory booster, and in the past few weeks I have already noticed an overall difference in my alertness and concentration, which in turn helps maximize my memory proficiency and ability to remember new information, etc.
I think that each of these things that I do are great memory tips, and help in achieving long term success in having a good memory. This topic is especially important to me as my grandmother passed away 2 years ago from Alzheimer's disease, so I want to do as much as I can now to try and keep my mind fresh.
