Florida
by Brianna

I went to Florida for a road trip with my family, and I had a wonderful time, but I get myself worked up over everything. Like one time we went out to dinner and then I felt dizzy and faint, and my chest was beating so hard, and I got so scared; I tried to relax myself, but nothing was working. Then my stomach would start to hurt, and it was like the worst feeling I felt in the world, I felt like I was dying. It's a worst feeling and I felt weird to talk to my parents about it, but I guess I should. By writing about it I am actually getting a panic attack, I don't know why because I shouldn't be feeling like this, but I hope that I can get rid of it.
Editor's note: You didn't say how old you are, but it sounds like you had a panic attack. You may want to mention it to your parents, and seek professional help if this feeling continues to persist. Because a lot of times, fear of another attack is one of the biggest causes of panic attack recurrence. Good luck, Brianna, and Thanks for posting your experience here.
Panic Away Gave Me A New Friend!
by Zanne

Panic Away helped my friend overcome social anxiety
My neighbor found a cognitive behavioral therapy program online called Panic Away. She decided to give it a try. She had already tried everything else and had nothing to lose. She had been unable to go shopping for over a decade because she couldn't handle the anxiety that came with being in public places.
She called me one day after starting the Panic Away program. She asked if I would like to go shopping. I still can't believe it! We went to nearly every shop in town. There was no sign of anxiety at all. I feel like I'm discovering a brand new friend.
Editor's note: I am happy to hear that Panic Away helped your friend overcome her social anxiety. We keep getting good feedback about Panic Away. For those that would like to know more about this product, you can visit them online here. Thanks, Zanne, for sharing your experiences.
