Self Esteem Assessment Questions

On this page: A set of True or False self esteem assessment questions.
Points to self esteem activities & exercises for overcoming low self esteem

shy girl - quiz for self esteem can help with assessment

Below are a set of self esteem assessment questions that you can answer as either 'True' or 'False', as applicable to you. These questions are not meant to be a full self esteem evaluation, but are only meant to provide you with a rough indicator on where you currently may be with your self esteem.

Since the questions are based on what you think and feel, your answers are always true to you - so there are no universal right or wrong answers.

You will need about 10 minutes of quiet time, a pencil and a piece of paper. To get the best out of this assessment, try to be as honest as you can when answering the questions. If you do not know an answer to a question, just leave it blank and do not answer it.

A scoring key to this self esteem assessment, along with an interpretation of your score is provided at the bottom of the page.

6 through 16: Your Self Esteem is likely in the average region. Most people will fall in this range. While you may be comfortable with certain aspects of your personality, there may be other areas of your self esteem that can benefit from a push.
