Raspberries are great for improving my memory

Raspberries are great for improving my memory

Vitamin C helps me improve memory power. I always eat food products rich in Vitamin C. The food items rich in Vitamin C are rose hip extracts, black currant, guava, strawberry, lemon, orange, kiwi fruit, clementine, raspberry, and mangoes. I eat many of these items, and this increases my memory a lot.

The vegetables I eat to increase my memory power are spring greens, pepper, brussel sprouts, broccoli, curly kale, gourd, cauliflower, tomato, and green cabbage. These vegetables also increase my memory power.

Editor's note: You are right, Vitamin C is one of the best sources for memory, in addition to B Vitamins. Thanks for listing the foods you eat, that help you with your memory.
