What is one of the good ways to relieve stress?Controlled breathing technique. Sit upright, take a deep breathe in, hold for a few seconds, release it normally and effortlessly, all the while focusing only on your breathing and nothing else. Start by repeating these steps for 60 seconds, and increase it to 5, 10, 15 minutes, or however long you can manage it. The longer the duration, the better your anxiety relief.
I have several tasks to be completed for school, and am very overwhelmed, stressed and confused. It is natural to feel overwhelmed where there are several things simultaneously on your plate. The key is to NOT try to multitask in an effort to finish everything at once; instead, prioritize.
And do only ONE thing at a time, based on the priority of the moment. Keep your mind focused on that one thing for that moment, and then move on to the next task.

Does complaining relieve stress or make things worse? Should you complain when you feel like it, or be silent?Complaining is a way of expression, and expression typically acts as a stress reliever.
Occasionally it may be ok, but complaining itself causes you to dwell negatively on the situation or person, and that is known to be one of the popular causes of stress.
So too much of complaining is definitely not going to do you any good.
