MANHATTAN, KANSAS, USA – AIB International has launched a new comprehensive and interactive digital course aimed at helping mid-level food supply chain managers and supervisors manage their food safety systems more effectively. The online food safety and sanitation training includes 24 modules covering a wide variety of topics, from staff practices, sanitation and allergens to quality control, customer complaints, food advocacy, self-inspection and internal audits. According to AIB International, the modules have been designed to meet the different needs of the food supply chain. For example, US manufacturers and those exporting to the US can select modules to better understand Food and Drug Administration regulations, industry best practices, and food safety principles, while those who interested in other international markets can choose the non-FDA related modules. modules to deepen their knowledge of sanitation and food safety.
